A few things to remember tonight when you are out on the field:
Fouls, travels, picks and fast counts will be called. It’s a part of the game. It’s the part that keeps it self-refereed. Contest or no-contest. End of story.
The women are part of your team. Use them.
A disc is catchable until it hits the ground.
We all have a commonality…we love ultimate.
So play nice.
