Objectives:

- This new PUL committee will support, develop, and coordinate initiatives directed toward player development.
- Such initiatives would include skills clinics, captain training, coaching certifications, other coaching/captaining resources and supports, observer training, and online materials (such as rules, skills, and strategy education.
