Membership Committee


    • Represent the membership of PUL
    • Develop and implement strategies for member engagement, retention, recognition and new member recruitment
    • Promote fair and equitable treatment of all members
    • Uphold the spirit of the game
    • Report regularly to the Board
    • Ensure that the annual league registration and insurance process is effectively coordinated and administered
    • Maintain an up-to-date, accurate membership list
    • Ensure that PUL-member needs and concerns are identified and addressed in a timely and professional manner
    • Address issues and concerns arising from incident reports
    • Carry out its responsibilities as outlined in the Safe Conduct Policy
    • Research best practices of other leagues for application in PUL
    • Collaborate with other committees of the Board to ensure that the voice of the membership is being heard
    • Maintain confidentiality
