SPRING
Ultimate Skills – Our traditional recreational co-ed program runs for 8 weeks (early May – late June) Monday evenings 6:00-7:30. This fun educational program is offered to players 8-12 (can be turning 8 in the calendar year) aims to offer our youth the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of Ultimate Frisbee and play in a recreational league environment. Emphasis is placed on skills, drills and game play.
League Play – This is a recreational co-ed program that will run for 8 weeks (mid May – early July) Monday evenings. This league is for kids aged 13-17 who have outgrown out traditional program. Set, balanced teams are created from the registered players. Each week teams will warm up with one skill-based drill and then will play against a different team. Emphasis is placed on growing skills and strategy through game play.
FALL
Junior Skills and Scrimmages for kids ages 8-12 will take place Monday nights, starting early September, running for 4 weeks. Each week the coaches will do warmup, practice one skill and work on scrimmages. For our youngest crew, they will work on a variety of skills through fun skill-based games. Spots limited to 60 players.
Junior League Night (games only) for kids 13-17 will take place Monday nights, starting early September, running for 4 weeks. The kids will do a warm up and get right into a game with play-in coaches. Spots limited to 60 players.
INDOOR
Juniors (13-17yrs) Winter Session – This 9 week co-ed program aimed at players aged 13-17 who would still like to play ultimate, or who would like to take their game to a higher, more competitive level. This program will run Wednesday nights starting in mid October. Emphasis is placed on growing skills and strategy through game play.
